Vision 

To promote a quality education system and to be more effective in the development of research activities, teaching and learning of education sectors and schools by implementing systematically monitoring and evaluation activities.

Mission

• To monitor and evaluate annual implementation of the National Education Strategic Plan by departments under the Ministry of Education
• To submit educational results reports that will illustrate the policies set by the Ministry of Education
• To collaborate with local, international organizations and departments to be improved evaluation capacities

Policy

• Awareness raising to enable comprehensive understanding of monitoring and evaluation
• Cooperating with monitoring and evaluation teams consisting of representatives from departments to rapidly implement the activities of the Ministry of Education
• Developing solutions and submitting the findings naturally
